About Our Equine Operations
There are 58 stalls on the 22 acres at 9371 Stockton Road, listed as 32 indoor-outdoor, 28 interior and two for foaling, alongside a four-stall grooming station, a three-stall wash station and a three-stall farrier station. Riding happens in a stadium-lit hunter-jumper ring of 155 by 285 feet and a regulation 66-by-198-foot dressage court, with two large round pens and a six-horse Eurociser. Four two-story tack rooms, a rider’s clubhouse and Wi-Fi are provided, and a producing orchard of 1,600 avocado trees plus pear, apple and peach grows on the same ground. Dry indoor-outdoor stalls are advertised at $595 a month; the dressage court and a retirement pasture are quoted on request.
