About Our Equine Operations
Five arenas share thirteen acres of the Tierra Rejada greenbelt at 15540 Lapeyre Rd: a 165-by-260-foot show jumping ring, the 125-by-185 Stone Arena, a 170-by-250 hunt field, Red’s Ring, and a 200-by-220 Creek Side arena holding a regulation dressage court with mirrors, all on ESI all-weather footing. Jim Hagman started Elvenstar in the 1980s and is still national head coach. A 38-stall training barn, European hot walker, open water jump and cross country bank jump support hunter, jumper and equitation riders showing at A, B, C and AA rated levels under USEF, USHJA, PCHA, LAHJA, SFHJA, IEA and IEL. The National training program is $900 a month, regional tiers $775 or $900. Dressage is taught here by Jackie Duncan Dressage, an independent business.
