Review Policy

This policy explains how reviews work on HorseCareFinder.com, who may leave them, and how we handle disputes and removals. Our goal is to keep reviews honest, relevant and fair to both horse owners and providers.

Who may leave a review

Reviews should reflect genuine, first-hand experience with a provider. Reviewers should have interacted with or used the services of the provider they are reviewing.

Prohibited content

Reviews may not contain:

• False, misleading or fabricated statements
• Harassment, hate speech, threats or personal attacks
• Private or confidential information
• Spam, advertising or promotional content
• Content unrelated to the provider or the services received
• Unsupported claims presented as fact

Fake and incentivized reviews

Fake reviews are not allowed. Providers may not post reviews of their own business, pay for reviews, or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Reviewers may not have a conflict of interest (for example, reviewing a competitor or a business they own or work for).

Business responses

Where supported, providers may respond publicly to reviews of their business. Responses must follow the same content standards as reviews.

Removal and disputes

We may remove reviews that violate this policy. If a provider believes a review is fake, violates this policy, or is factually false, they may contact us at info@horsecarefinder.com to request a review. We evaluate disputes in good faith, but we do not remove reviews simply because they are negative.

Our role

HorseCareFinder.com provides a platform for reviews but does not independently verify the accuracy of individual reviews.
