What we confirm before a listing goes live

Before a listing is published, we may confirm one or more of the following:

• Listing ownership has been confirmed with the business.
• Basic business contact information has been confirmed.
• The provider has access to manage and update the listing.

What we do NOT confirm

Our review process does not verify any of the following:

• Professional licenses
• Certifications
• Insurance coverage
• Background checks
• Professional competency or quality of work
• Veterinary or other professional credentials
• Safety record
