About Our Equine Operations
Both arenas are surfaced with polytrack: a lighted 75 by 100 foot indoor school and a 100 by 200 outdoor, each set with jumps. The farm covers 170 acres on Bosworth Lane near Keeneland, with three barns lettered A to C, 12 by 12 stalls, hot and cold wash racks and climate-controlled tack rooms in each. Barn A keeps soft brick aisles and wooden and iron stall fronts; B and C have concrete aisles. Rates are published: $775 a month for a stall with full board, $450 for pasture board or a place in the mare retirement pasture, and $50 for trailer parking. Sally Schu manages the barn and teaches, charging $50 an hour, with well-mannered lesson horses for riders of any age.
