About Our Equine Operations
Synergy Equine operates from Rio Lobo Street in Caldwell as a family-owned facility built around what owner Haley Hatch calls training for balanced horses and riders. Hatch holds a bachelor’s degree in equine science and management from Utah State University, where she also worked as an assistant teacher, and states more than nine years running her own business across barrel racing, breakaway roping, team roping, reined cow horse, ranch riding, western pleasure and hunter/jumper events. Lessons concentrate on western disciplines, with private sessions from $60, haul-in lessons at $40, group lessons at $45, and a six-month membership plan. Training clients receive horse starting, tune-ups and conditioning work, with horses kept in individual 12-by-36-foot pens and turned out on request.
