About Our Equine Operations
One Mane Ranch sits on Farmway Road in the Sand Hollow area west of Caldwell, a property owners Kelly and Barbara Jamison acquired in 2016 and rebuilt into a training and events venue. Kelly’s background in high-level Mountain Trail competition shaped the ranch’s multi-acre trail course, which continues to gain new obstacles. On-site trainer Shawn Deal works with reined cowhorses, cutting horses, reining horses and ranch versatility horses, coaching both open and non-pro riders. The grounds include a 120-by-80-foot indoor arena, two outdoor arenas, one set up for roping, a 60-foot round pen, and a second round pen for cow work. Lessons run as private sessions from $40, group lessons, mini clinics and full clinics.
