About Our Equine Operations
Three horses carry the entire lesson program: Sir Lancelot, a Half-Arabian gelding with Multi-National and Scottsdale titles in Country Pleasure, Saddle Seat Equitation, Hunter Pleasure, Western Pleasure and Walk-Trot; Spartacus, a Half-Arabian pinto used for Hunt Seat; and GA Gwisz Jullyen, an Arabian gelding turning 19 who was unanimous champion in Region 7 hunter pleasure walk/trot in 2018. The 501(c)(3) academy sits on five acres at 27814 N 44th St in Cave Creek, with a covered round pen for beginners and a larger outdoor arena for riders further along. Private lessons cost $70, five for $325 or ten for $600, and students groom, bridle and saddle their own mount as part of the session. English and Western are both taught.
