True North Equine Veterinary Services, on Carters Run Road in Marshall, is led by Dr. Hancock, a DVM and certified osteopath, alongside certified osteopath and saddle fitter Callie Eisenhart. The practice’s own services list separates dentistry, described as routine exams, floats, tooth extractions and dental radiography, from its general wellness care, and adds osteopathy, functional medicine consults, nutrition consults with hair mineral analysis, Class 4 laser therapy, and lameness and performance evaluations using flexions, nerve blocks and diagnostic imaging. The clinic does not offer emergency services and sees patients by appointment, with telemedicine consults available. Office hours run Monday through Thursday and Friday mornings.
