About Our Equine Operations
Superior Performance Equine combines barn calls with clinic work across Ocala and surrounding areas under Jason M. Holloway, DVM, CESMT, who graduated from St. George’s University in 2014. He spent two years interning at a Kentucky equine clinic working on thoroughbred racehorses and yearling and two-year-old sales horses, then worked a Texas hospital treating cow horses, rope horses and upper-level show horses, and most recently practised at Louisiana racetracks. Alongside wellness, lameness and pre-purchase exams, joint injections, upper-airway endoscopy, digital radiographs, ultrasound, shockwave and regenerative therapies including stem cells, IRAP and PRP, the practice lists chiropractic adjustment for horses and dogs, massage and acupuncture. Sales preparation, repository radiographs, digital Coggins, castration and emergency colic and laminitis calls round out the list.
