Board is priced by accommodation: $800 a month for a 12-by-16 stall with attached paddock, $700 for a private shelter with a 40-foot run, $600 for pasture with shelter access. The hay is Timothy grown on the property, fed three times daily to stalled horses and twice to pasture horses when grass is short. The rest of the price list runs long — blanketing, graining and grooming by the month, a full body clip at $150, hand walking at $15 per half hour, trailering at 60 cents a mile, Accuscope and infrared light therapy, sale videos at $100. The indoor has roll-up doors onto Sierra views. Kristen teaches FEI-level dressage plus lower-level western and jumping, Tuesday to Saturday, from $80 an hour.
