About Our Equine Operations
Eight horses is the cap: six 12 by 12 matted stalls in the main barn and two more in a lower barn added in 2020, each barn with its own tack room. Roughly eight acres divide into five paddocks plus a large round pen used as a dry lot, and pastures are seeded annually and fertilised organically. Full board starts at $775 a month and covers all-day or all-night turnout, grain three times daily and hay four times. James Foley and Kerry Marsh own the farm, which sits inside the Wire Road Polo Association, a homeowners’ association whose ten-acre level common field carries jumps, standards and a basic dressage arena, reachable by boarders with a signed release. Ally Douso is farm manager and trainer in residence, a hunter jumper rider who specialises in thoroughbreds.
