About Our Equine Operations
An in-ground cold saltwater spa held at 34 degrees, a circular swimming pool, a custom Aquatred and a 570-foot indoor jogging surface of sand and synthetic footing make up the working equipment at this Versailles rehabilitation yard on Shannon Run Road. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is the centre’s longest-running speciality, with more than 20,000 treatments done, and Troy Hamilton, on staff ten years, specialises in it. Owner Kirsten Johnson states over 20 years in equine rehabilitation and sports medicine. Other modalities include a Thera-Plate vibrating platform, Flexineb and Bemer. Horses arrive for post-surgical care, athletic recovery, conditioning before a return to training, and prehabilitation; every horse at KESMARC is under the care of a veterinarian. Custom packages are available and credit cards accepted.
