Boarding here comes with a rental flat attached: the same property offers a 1,500 sq ft single-bedroom executive apartment with its own entrance, granite worktops and hardwood floors, overlooking the city. Horses are kept indoors or in covered outdoor accommodation, on packages built round the individual animal — twice-daily feeding on the owner’s preferred schedule, with grain and supplements supplied by the owner, plus pasture time and turnout. Manure removal, hauling to the vet or to local events, and farrier services can be added. Horses are kept on an established deworming, vaccination and farrier schedule. An arena and round pen are on site. The postal address is 4767 E 65th S, Ammon, though the farm places itself in the foothills of Idaho Falls.
