About Our Equine Operations
Lexi Corbin holds a B.S. in Equine Science with a specialization in health and rehabilitation from Midway University and is MagnaWave certified. Her practice travels to horse farms across the Kentucky Bluegrass Region and also runs a layup barn in Lexington: heated and air-conditioned, with Nelson automatic waterers, two indoor wash stalls, a eurocizer, a round pen and a large outdoor arena. Modalities listed include MagnaWave pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, cold laser, TENS electro-stimulation, ice boots, and thermal imaging with a pocket thermal camera and IR thermometer. Layup horses get stall rest or daily turnout, handwalking, cold hosing, wound bandaging, swelling management and medication given under veterinary direction.
