About Our Equine Operations
Horses, alpacas, llamas, goats and sheep all fall within the caseload at 1201 Cherrytown Road, Westminster. The practice dates its beginning to 1988 and is run by Dr Eric P. Wiles, who studied at SUNY Cobleskill and Cornell before taking his DVM at Tuskegee University and has been in practice since 1994; his stated interests are equine dentistry, internal medicine, neonatal medicine, reproduction, artificial insemination and embryo transfer. Registered veterinary technician Sheryl Holdridge-Stoup has been there from the start. Most work is done on the farm, across Carroll, Baltimore, Howard, Montgomery and Frederick counties and into south central Pennsylvania, with emergency cover around the clock.
