Saddles have been built in this Three Forks shop since 1947, and the house lines still carry the town’s name: the Three Forks Roper, Ultimate Roper, Breakaway Roper and Ultimate Ranch Roper, sold alongside Merrill and Sue Smith barrel saddles. Custom saddles are made to a rider’s own specification, and new and used saddles are kept in stock. Saddle pads are made in-house, including the Original Three Forks pads and blanket-top pads, and custom chinks, chaps and belts are ordered from the shop’s own forms. Stock covers bits, spurs, stirrups, Treeline and Equibrand ropes, plus Ropers Sports Powder manufactured on site. Saddle and leather repair are both handled here. The shop lists NFR saddle collections for 2023, 2024 and 2025 and keeps an archive of earlier ones.
