About Our Equine Operations
Feed delivery from the Purcellville store runs on regular weekday routes at a $9 charge per order, on a $150 minimum with at least one bag of feed and ordering at least monthly; gates, fence boards, posts and shavings go out Monday to Friday. The store names its equine department as its largest and describes itself as the feed and supply destination for Loudoun County’s legacy equine and livestock producers. Stock includes Purina, Nutrena, Triple Crown, Legends, ProElite and Standlee feed and forage, plus Farnam, Absorbine, Cavalor, EQyss and Cowboy Magic for grooming, fly control, hoof and wound care and liniments, with bedding, buckets, hay racks, waterers, sheets and blankets. An equine specialist on staff answers nutrition questions and will special-order from suppliers.
