About Our Equine Operations
Founded in 1945 to supply the farming community with agricultural inputs, this co-op now counts over 2,800 local member-owners and says it serves more than 29,000 non-member customers across home, pet, equine, hunting, lawn and garden markets. Horse owners shopping the Murfreesboro main store at 985 Middle Tennessee Boulevard find a full line of Pinnacle feeds — made exclusively by Tennessee Farmers Cooperative — alongside a line of Purina, plus custom feeds formulated against a farm’s own forages and minerals. That branch also handles agronomy, dairy, fuels and grain, and a Hometown Store side carries pet food, footwear, apparel and garden stock. Four further branches operate at Eagleville, Smithville, Woodbury and a Murfreesboro tire shop.
