About Our Equine Operations
Set on more than 500 acres at 4443 Grave Run Road, Manchester, this Carroll County property is part of Peter & John Ministries and runs a summer camp, but its Remuda Horse Center teaches riding to the public from autumn through spring. Private lessons cost $45 for an hour of one-to-one instruction and group lessons $35, scheduled Monday to Friday between 10am and 8pm for ages seven upwards, in both Western and English seats under a CHA certified instructor. Sessions cover grooming, tacking and horse care as well as riding skills. Guided trail rides are priced at $50 for one hour and $90 for two, with a minimum age of ten.
