About Our Equine Operations
Three rings serve this Aldie barn: a 100-by-200 indoor with fifteen vent windows, a PA system and heated viewing, a lighted all-weather outdoor of the same size, and a 125-by-250 sand jumper ring. Tom Navarro bought the place from Courtland Farm LLC in 2006, rebuilt it as a full-service hunter/jumper operation and now has more than 80 horses in his care at 40332 Courtland Farm Lane, with a 23-stall center-aisle barn, hot and cold wash racks, a heated tack room and over 100 acres of fenced paddocks. Stall board runs $750 to $890 monthly with twice-daily feeding, turnout and a daily four-corner check; field board with run-in sheds is also sold. Lessons of 30 to 90 minutes cost $70 to $140, seven days a week, in hunters, jumpers, equitation, dressage, eventing and western.
