Racehorse trainers, breeding farms, racetracks, show horse stables, training centres and feed stores make up the customer list here, and have since 1987 — the business describes itself as specialising in the racehorse training and breeding industries. Western alfalfa and western grass hay come east in quantity, sold by the full truckload, by the bale or by the bag, with timothy and alfalfa both offered. Bagged feeds and shavings are stocked alongside. The yard at 2097 Burlington Columbus Road in Bordentown keeps short hours — seven in the morning until half past two, Monday to Friday, closed at weekends — which suits early loading.
