About Our Equine Operations
Outback Stallion Station stands four resident stallions, Auspicious Cat, Metallic Superstar, Our Dry Fling and Tin Man, at its Mink Road facility near Caldwell, alongside frozen semen from affiliate sires. The centre states it has served Treasure Valley breeders for more than two decades, with its veterinary programme reshaped in 2020. On the mare side it performs on-site embryo transfer using client-owned recipients, offers a November-through-February programme under lights for owners without home lighting set-ups, and runs mare breeding soundness exams alongside in-house uterine cultures and cytology. Stallion-side work covers collection, evaluation, freezing, and semen shipping and receiving for outside sires as well as its own roster.
