Access runs from 6am to 9pm seven days a week at this Prescott yard, which occupies a 120-acre property with 20 of those acres given over to grazing. Sam and Julia bought and developed the stable together, calling it one of the biggest of the projects and renovations they have taken on since they were brought together, and they set out to make keep in the area affordable. Automatic heated waterers are fitted throughout, hay is offered free choice in nets, and a separate building holds the hay store. Stalls are cleaned seven days a week and every horse is seen and checked daily; owners provide their own grain and supplements. Use of all facilities, including the tack room, comes with every level of board.
