About Our Equine Operations
Hay is priced by the bale on the Calverton store’s own shop pages — $15.50 for economy first-cut timothy grass mix, $17.75 for Canadian first cut, $18.25 for Canadian second — and sits beside Triple Crown, ProElite, Purina and Semican bagged feeds running from $28.99 for whole oats to $47.39 for a 30 per cent ration balancer. Bedding pellets are $9.49. Staff will come out to a farm to work up a feeding programme, test hay for nutritional value and advise on setting up a barn; workshops and special orders are offered too. Delivery is free over $50, otherwise collect in store. The business says it has served Long Island for more than 26 years.
