About Our Equine Operations
Seventy-eight acres beside White Lick Creek in Hendricks County carry more than 50 acres of scenic trails, ridden by reservation in groups limited to six: $30 for half an hour, $45 for the hour, nobody under four, nobody over 275lb, and guests ride the ranch’s own horses, as no visiting horses are allowed. Riding lessons begin with ten private sessions, after which a student is paired with someone of comparable ability to continue as a team; a prepaid block of five lessons costs $200. Lessons cover horse safety, horse behaviour, grooming, saddling, arena work and trail riding, taking riders from around five or six years old through adults, with goals running from riding out safely to preparing for horse ownership or western show classes.
