Horses here are kept in small, individually selected herds, with pasture board from $650 a month on irrigated pastures where each horse has its own hay feeder, and stall board from $950. An on-site barn manager oversees care, feeding plans are set per horse, and riders have an indoor arena, an outdoor arena and a lounge; the Luce Line horse trails are a mile away, close enough to reach without a trailer. Lessons and training are available. Aubrey Schroder, a certified equine assisted learning facilitator, runs groundwork-only corporate retreats, team-building days, conferences and wellness workshops on the property, which also rents furnished office space by the hour or in packages. The farm is at 680 Game Farm Road North, about 20 minutes west of Minneapolis.
