About Our Equine Operations
An adult-only yard at Derwood that keeps things deliberately non-competitive: “Virtually everyone at Millhaven likes to ride primarily for fun and everyone’s primary concern is really good horse care.” Diana Delmar took over in 2021 from founder Richard Mills, who established the Rolling Drive property in 1985 after running a boarding barn from 1968. Board is $805 a month with general turnout or $835 semi-private, covering a tack locker, stall cleaning every day but Sunday, two or three meals, hay as needed, blanketing and booting, and vet and farrier appointments arranged for you. Stall fans and heated water buckets add $25. A dust-free indoor arena joins straight onto the barn, the outdoor ring is lit, and the land backs onto protected parkland with designated trails.
