At 404 Stable Lane in Wentzville, this hospital runs well care, sports medicine, internal medicine, reproduction and a surgery suite, with a doctor on call for emergencies around the clock. Advanced dentistry covers tooth extractions, standing fractured tooth repulsion, fractured jaw wiring, malocclusion correction and periodontal disease, using nerve blocks, sedation and radiographs. Its own state-certified Coggins lab returns expedited results within 24 hours, and four ultrasounds, digital radiography, dynamic endoscopy and arthroscopy sit behind the lameness work. Reproduction extends from pre-breeding examinations and artificial insemination with fresh or frozen semen to stallion breeding soundness exams and cooled semen transfer. Dr Alexandra Devereux, on staff, completed her animal chiropractic course at Options For Animals and took IVCA certification in 2019.
