About Our Equine Operations
Kim Howard founded Majestic Hills Ranch after buying its 105-acre Lakeville property in 1997, gaining 501(c)(3) status two years later. The ranch runs adaptive riding programmes for children aged 4 to 17 and adults over 18 with special needs, alongside a separate Heroes on Horseback programme serving injured, active-duty and veteran military personnel. Riding sessions take place in a heated, insulated indoor arena usable through winter, plus two outdoor arenas and a trail system that follows the property’s perimeter. The ranch is a PATH Intl. member site and also keeps horses on site. Its outdoor season runs May through October, with indoor sessions from mid-January to mid-March depending on weather, offered at low cost or subsidised rates.
