About Our Equine Operations
Twenty-two and a half acres at 361 Cindy Drive hold six barns and 130-plus permanent 12 by 12 stalls laid on Equitan Stall Cushion flooring. Riding areas include a 100 by 200 all-weather jumping arena, covered arenas of 70 by 200 and 85 by 200 with dressage mirrors, a 130 by 250 outdoor dressage arena, two 60-foot lunging pens and an exercise track with a training hill; footing under the covered arenas is irrigated by a Capillary Flow System. The property also carries 36 wash and grooming stalls, 15 climate-controlled tack rooms, a horse walker, a treadmill, a TheraPlate and a massage suite worked by a staff equine sports massage therapist. Seasonal and year-round boarders are both taken. Lauren Knopp Dressage, an independent business, is based here.
