Three tiers of board are priced openly on Middleline Road: full care at $525 a month with 12×12 stalls cleaned and bedded daily, two feeds of hay and grain, and turnout in groups of two or three with round bales in the paddocks; pasture board at $375 with a run-in barn; and self-care indoor board at $275, where the owner mucks out, brings the feed and parks a trailer on site. All three include the 80×150 indoor arena, the 120×130 outdoor and a 60-foot round pen. Riding is taught English and Western, and the training list covers natural horsemanship, corrective work and restarting or refreshing.
