About Our Equine Operations
Gait Keeper Farm sits on 88 acres in the bend of the Harpeth River at 4175 Trinity Road, ten minutes from downtown Franklin. Its 18-stall barn holds stalls at 10 by 12 and 12 by 14, bedded fresh daily, with three tack rooms and two wash bays; outside are 14 paddocks in four-board fencing with run-in sheds, three pony sheds and a fully lit arena. Board covers hay and grain matched to each horse’s nutritional needs and workload, boarder-supplied supplements added to feed, pasture turnout and blanketing as weather dictates. Owner and head trainer Beth Bankemper is a USHJA certified trainer, and the farm works in the hunter/jumper discipline. Private and group lessons, capped at three riders, run 50 to 60 minutes at $75, with lesson horses available.
