About Our Equine Operations
The practice calendar is built around shows: the Scottsdale Show, US Nationals, the American Cup Championship and the Saguaro Classic all appear on it, and the vets attend equine sporting events across the United States and Canada. J. Gregory Byrne, DVM, a 1996 Colorado State University graduate, concentrates on sports medicine, lameness and joint disease, and reproduction. Anne Marie Wilson, DVM, took her zoology degree at Northern Arizona University and her DVM at Colorado State in 2005, then completed an equine internship at Pioneer Equine Hospital in Oakdale, California; her stated areas are reproduction, ophthalmology, internal medicine, ultrasound, and wellness and geriatric care. Emergencies are covered 24 hours.
