About Our Equine Operations
Maureen Cox-Myers started riding at five at Pounds’ Stable, competed on the GHJA circuit and trained under Kat DeMas-Mulkey and Anne Kenan. She heads this hunter, jumper and equitation barn on McIntyre Way in north Forsyth County with a BS in Equine Science from UGA, USHJA Certified Trainer status and 43 years behind her. The feed room is monensin-free, built on Tucker Millings rations with orchard and alfalfa hay, beet pulp and targeted supplementation; daily hoof picks, mane pulling, basic clipping and bathing are included. Riders compete from selected schooling classes up to USEF “AA” rated shows. A separate video-review programme sells biomechanics analysis by subscription, from a $25 one-off warm-up assessment to $360 a month.
