Once the private estate of country singer Kenny Rogers, this 60-acre property at 1 Copperline Road sits ten minutes from Nashville’s airport and belongs now to Grammy and Emmy award-winning producer Will Edwards. Its equestrian side keeps eight stalls, rolling pasture, wooded turnout and a growing network of private trails reaching the historic Odum Aqueduct, and takes boarding enquiries through a form of its own. Guided rides are priced and reserved by telephone: $125 a rider for a 45-minute scenic ranch ride, $170 for an hour at sunset, $325 for a couples ride and $595 for a 90-minute couples ride with picnic. Daily availability is limited. The wider estate also hires out for film, photography and events around a 5,000 sq ft barn.
