About Our Equine Operations
The Post family built on this Chagrin Falls land in 1837; Linda Lybarger opened an equestrian facility on the 135 acres in 1982 and added a neighbouring 40-acre horse farm two years later. The Schneider family, who own Schneider Saddlery, took over in 2017. The grounds hold an 80-by-250-foot indoor arena, a second indoor put up in 1990 with a viewing lounge and snack bar, an all-weather sand ring and a nine-acre grass polo field; the Cleveland Grand Prix moved here from the Metroparks polo field. Head trainer Aubrey Fait has taken students to Devon, Ocala, Aiken and the Kentucky Horse Park, while instructor Fiona Moore studied at the Westphalian Riding and Driving School.
