About Our Equine Operations
Waters Road in Ann Arbor, family owned and operated, is open to the public seven days a week from 9am to 9pm, with a stall barn, tack room, two outdoor rings, a heated two-level observation room and 33 acres given to pasture. Pasture board is $355 a month and takes in lessons, a bag of grain and a round bale shared with three other horses; half and full leases at $400 and $660 run to three and five lessons a week. Group lessons are half an hour, though most students spend about an hour and a half at the farm once tacking up is counted. Monday and Saturday Fun Lessons cost $200 per child for two hours, ages five to seventeen. ASTM/SEI helmets are required of every rider.
