Board is posted at $1,200 a month at this 45-acre hunter/jumper barn on Evergreen Mills Road, covering feed, hay, turnout in and out, blanketing and holding for vet and farrier. The custom-built plant runs to 23 stalls across two barns, 19 paddocks, three wash stalls with hot and cold water in two of them, and a tack locker for every horse and pony, plus indoor arenas of 80 by 200 and 72 by 120 feet and an 80-by-200 outdoor ring. Owner and trainer Michael Bertozzi, who earned an equine science degree at Colorado State University, runs a show-oriented lesson program in hunters, jumpers and equitation, with horses available to lease. Single lessons and trail rides are not offered.
