About Our Equine Operations
Family-owned since 1957 and sitting on the edge of Lake Benbrook, this Fort Worth operation runs guided trail rides, western lessons and board at 10001 Benbrook Blvd. Full-care board is $500 a month in the barn and $475 in a paddock, dropping to $425 and $400 where the boarder supplies grain and hay; daily turn-out, twice-daily feeding and stall cleaning are included, and studs and show horses kept in at all times are taken for $50 more. Lessons run 45 minutes at $75, or $350 for five, and cover total horsemanship rather than riding alone, for ages 5 to 100. Training rides are sold separately at $25 a ride. The Riding School, for ages 7 to 12, is four two-hour sessions at $350.
