About Our Equine Operations
Lake and Pines Ranch pairs 60 acres of rotational pasture with 80 acres of private trails connecting to Pine Point Park and the Gateway Trail system, giving boarders up to two hours of riding without crossing a road. Horses move through four separate pastures with round-the-clock outdoor access, fed free-choice hay from a central shed plus a heated water tank through winter; a hand-fed special care tier is available for horses needing individual grain and hay schedules. The property includes a 60-by-80-foot indoor arena, an outdoor arena, a barn with stalls, a tack building and trailer parking. Owner Bill Schwab keeps management on site around the clock, and the farm runs free summer deworming, twice-yearly vet days and an annual potluck for boarders.
