About Our Equine Operations
Three board options are published at this West Jordan yard: full-service stall at $650 a month with twice-daily feeding, daily stall cleaning, daily turn-out and health monitoring; full-service pasture at $450; and a self-service stall tier, given as $250 on the boarding page and $300 on the lessons page. Fifty stalls are available, each with a feed bin, and boarders get tack lockers, trailer parking and use of the arenas and roundpen. Annita Jenkins manages the facility and trains, working with wild mustangs, colts being started, problem horses and tune-ups. Jenn Rudner, who founded Rising Star Academy, teaches therapeutic riding for children and adults. Training is sold in four bands — groundwork and handling, advanced obstacle and show riding, behavioural work on fear and separation anxiety, and performance preparation — with graded trail riding as well.
