About Our Equine Operations
Robin Petersen has a British Horse Society licence and USHJA trainer certification, and has been riding and competing since she was ten; she opened this Ipswich hunter and equitation stable at 50 Candlewood Road in 1994. Twenty-nine stalls sit minutes from Crane’s Beach and Bradley Palmer State Forest. Full-service board costs $1,900 per month and covers turn-out and turn-in, twice-daily stall cleaning, blanket and boot changes, staffing through business hours, a night check seven days a week and off-season storage. Training for boarded horses is offered separately. Lessons are $130 private and $100 in groups of two or three, on school horses described as seasoned from leadline to the hunter and equitation rings.
