About Our Equine Operations
Folly Farm Show Stables trains hunters, jumpers and equitation horses and riders at its Simsbury facility on Hartford Road, where two indoor arenas with TravelRight footing join a covered arena for year-round riding. Head trainer Amy Kriwitsky, a USHJA Certified Trainer since 2014 with an equine science degree from UConn, took the CHJA High Point Hunter Trainer title in 2017 and 2019 and has been sponsored by Voltaire Design Saddles since 2014. Brittney Watras leads the riding school and IEA coaching, and assistant trainer Cali Ebersole has ribboned at the USEF Junior Hunter Finals. Riders compete on the NEHC, CHJA and CHSA circuits as well as select USEF-rated shows. Standard and training board are both offered.
