Board is posted for 2026: $675 a month for a partially covered pipe corral, $775 for a shedrow box stall and $800 for a Big Barn box stall or open pipe, shavings included in the latter two. Every rate covers two feedings a day, alfalfa in the morning and long-strand Bermuda in the evening, blanketing, owner-supplied supplements, fly masks and daily medications, with vet and farrier holding at no charge. The herd goes out together on a 3.5-acre hillside pasture. The seven-plus-acre property at 10330 McBroom Street holds a 200-foot arena, 100 feet wide, on mixed sand footing, groomed, watered and lit until 8pm, a newly built round pen, five tack rooms, two feed rooms and two wash racks. Owners Cody and Tina Clapp live on site; Hansen Dam watershed trails begin at the street.
